Data we collect
We collect information that you provide voluntarily through the contact form, by email or through the candidate area. A candidate application may include your name, email address, telephone number, LinkedIn profile, CV, message and salary expectations.
Fields shown as required must be completed so that we can respond to your enquiry. Other information is optional.
Purposes and legal bases
Business enquiry data is used to respond to you and, where relevant, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Receiving and classifying an application for a specific vacancy is based on pre-contractual steps taken at the candidate’s request. Keeping an application in a candidate pool, or a spontaneous application beyond a current recruitment process, is based on the candidate’s consent, which may be withdrawn at any time. We do not sell personal data.
Recipients and service providers
Data is accessible only to Signature Hospitality and to the service providers needed to process the relevant enquiry. Contact forms are transmitted through Web3Forms, whose servers are located in the US-East region. Web3Forms states that it does not store submissions, but that technical logs containing personal data may be kept and periodically deleted within two months. Vacancies and applications are handled through Jarvi, which states that candidate data is hosted by AWS in London.

Retention
Business enquiry data is kept for the duration of our relationship, then deleted within three years of our last contact. For applications submitted through Jarvi, the form provides for a two-year retention period when you give the corresponding consent.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may request access to, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing where applicable. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting prior processing. To exercise these rights: contact@signature-hospitality.fr.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL: cnil.fr/fr/plaintes.
Cookies
This website loads Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-XN2KXPCYRQ) and Google Tag Manager to measure visits. These tags load with the page, without a consent banner. IP addresses are anonymised in the Analytics configuration. The Jarvi candidate service may also use technical cookies needed for its operation.
