The fee depends on the role and contract

Permanent employee and supervisory roles
One month of gross salary, excluding VATOperational and supervisory positions, according to the exact level of the role.
Executive
15% of annual gross fixed and variable payFor executive roles.
Fixed-term contracts
25% to 50% reduction in feesThe reduction depends on the length of the contract.

  1. We confirm the applicable fee with you before the assignment begins.

  2. Guarantee included during the initial probation period, subject to the contractual terms, whether the departure is initiated by you or by the candidate.

  3. All other contractual terms are agreed before the assignment begins.
