Clear fees and a defined guarantee
Our process

A successful search is built before it begins

Successful hospitality recruitment starts with a clear brief, an attractive role and an honest view of the market.

  1. Brief
  2. Search
  3. Assessment
  4. Presentation
  5. Follow-up
From brief to onboarding

Five clear stages

  1. Define the role

We clarify the context, the business, the role, the package, the urgency, the criteria and any room for manoeuvre.

This briefing prevents two common mistakes: searching too broadly, or seeking a profile that does not exist under the proposed conditions.

    Timing
1 to 2 hours, depending on availability
  2. Identify candidates

We carry out a targeted search across active candidates, professionals already in post, referrals and people with experience in comparable businesses.

For hard-to-fill roles, we prioritise direct approaches.

    Timing
From the day after the brief
  3. Approach and assess

We approach each candidate discreetly and assess their interest, experience, expectations, availability and any points requiring attention. References are taken at the client’s request and with the candidate’s prior consent.

Your name and the candidate’s name remain confidential until the assignment terms have been agreed.

    Timing
    From the first week
  4. Present a useful shortlist

You receive qualified profiles. Each presentation is designed to help you make a decision.

We remain involved between interviews to clarify points, address objections and prevent misunderstandings.

    Timing
    Within 14 days
  5. Support onboarding

Our work continues after the contract is signed. We follow the new hire throughout their probationary period.

Follow-up continues throughout the probationary period. The guarantee is included during the initial probation period, subject to the contractual terms, whether the departure is initiated by you or by the candidate.

    Timing
    Throughout the probationary period
